No fee 'til you Win

At Stringer Clark, we believe money should not affect your right to expert legal services for a personal injury claim. If we believe that your personal injury claim is justified, we will provide financial support until the matter is resolved.

If your claim is successful, you pay competitive costs for our specialist services. In the unlikely event that your claim is not successful, you will not receive a bill from Stringer Clark for our professional service costs.
However, you would be responsible for payment of any out of pocket expenses including:

  • Expert witness fees
  • Court filing fees
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • Government charges
  • Medical report fees
  • Barrister/Counsel fees
  • Court filing fees
  • Hearing fees

Stringer Clark will not cut corners or prepare your personal injury claim any differently than if you were paying up front. Our policy reflects the fact that personal injury litigation is often an expensive process beyond the means of many people. We look forward to successfully assisting you with your personal injury claim.

Stringer Clark believes in explaining the law in plain English, keeping clients informed and making sure all costs are explained up front. We handle your problems in the most cost-effective way.
